Hi,

.... hey ... not to worry. I couldn't determine much through a fairly
exhaustive search. So their probably or maybe is an operator out there that
has everything... but they are unknown, old, elusive, or less advertised,
etc.

I appreciate your help, thoughts and suggestions .
