I sent my final cashback claim to them on 22/02. Still haven't received
anything. I gave them a ring, had to phone twice because the first person
didn't seem to speak English. Second person could just about understand
English and told me the cheque had been posted on the 15th March so would
take up to three weeks. Royal Mail second class post can take up to 3
working days to deliver so who do The Link use that takes 3 weeks to send
a letter?
