....if all else fails, hit them with a claim for all the money they've
taken - I can't remember if you can claim expenses other than court
costs though -

It's all done on the balance of probabilities, but if you send a STOP
message and keep getting them, especially if you take this ICSTIS ruling
in with you, I think you'd have a strong chance of winning.
As part of their "evidence" they'll need to prove she "did" sign up,
which seems unlikely given their ICSTIS performance (first para -
Legality), and more than likely in breach of the Data Protection Act as
they can't prove the chain of events that lead to these premium rate
"charges" occurring.
