(I haven't checked their pricing, but it wouldn't surprise me to see

It is ridiculous. Vodafone had a cheaper rate when roaming on another
Vodafone network, and are starting a fixed-price £12.50-a-day data
roaming charge (again if you use a Vodafone network abroad). Personally
I try to avoid roaming data; there are usually WiFi access points I can
use instead and many reasonable hotels offer free internet now.
