The only orange plan that included 0845 was ED50 - and even then not to
begin with. That became included when the daytime rate dropped from
40p/min to 35p/min, and daytime answerphone dropped from 40p/min to
10p/min. At the same time, offpeak (out-of-bundle) 0845 dropped from
6p/min to 1p/min. Peak rate stayed at 12p/min, quite a useful anomaly.
