Yes you can, actually. Send a fake text message with the file attached
(send it to a spoof phone number like 999-999-9999), and when the
phone gives up, it'll leave the text message in the Outbox. From
there, open the text message and save the file to the phone memory.
Once you've done that, it'll be available as a ringtone. I did this
with my E815 not long after I got it and it worked like a charm.
