during several car trips from connencticut to staten island with
passengers using cingular, i'd have to loan them by verizon phone as
we passed the cingular "fewest dropped calls" billboard lie, because
note of their phones had coverage. i suppose to have a dropped call,
you need a signal to first complete the call.
