OK ALL - I understand that the issue everyone is talking about is the
reliable communication in the bush - So if you don't know this by now,
I have a reliable source with good connections within Globalstar and
they have told me that they are only operating on 24 satellites at
this point and will at some point not even cover Australia - So if
your out in the bush and need a reliable sat phone - I would only
suggest Iridium - at least you know it will work when you need it to -
I even know of a company that is giving you $300.00 off the Iridium to
trade in your Globalstar phone and upgrade to the Iridium - shoot me
an email if you want the company contact information on this - I did
it and love my sate Iridium phone - Guess what - it does work when I
want it to ..
