Set divert on Busy to 0418 707310 (which is a recording of Busy Tone)
Set Divert on No Answer/Unreachable to 0418 707 307 (which is RVA
Mobile out of range)

Front of House *should* remove Default Call Forward for you, but the
above will achieve the same thing.
