Maybe we need to get a copy of the new crimes amendment act. and use that as a guide as there are things in there that will have to be taken into account.

Somewhere i think we also need to set yo a schedule for node owners. something that states that the node owners will take every measure to ensure their node stays up 99% of the time especially where the node is used as part of a backhaul.
