If you're using an external wireless network card I would recommend reseating the card (pulling it out and putting it back in with the computer powered off). If it's a built in wireless network card you may want to go into your device manager and check to see if the driver for the card hasn't become corrupt. The fix may be just reloading the driver for your internal wireless network card.
