.....this is all I keep hearing! As a Verizon customer who's considering

Consumer Reports, in its July issue, says the combined AT&T and Cingular
is the worst among the major cell phone companies. The new combo had a
complaint rate nearly four times the rate for Verizon Wireless, the
nation's second-largest carrier. Consumer Reports says that if you're
considering a change of wireless carrier, you may want to look first to
Verizon. It had the lowest number of complaints per customer among
national carriers, and relatively few complaints about service quality
and billing.
