yeah, but if ATT doesn't shape up Apple will force them to, Apple had to
get Intel in line a year or so ago, now Intel is operating much better.
Apple is pretty demanding and they simply won't allow ATT customers,
(soon iPhone customers) to receive poor service. it just won't happen.
