only delusional people 'know' it- eisner was on his way out for quite a
while before that- he had been forced down as chairman back in 2004 if you
recall, due to shareholder revolt, and a very public dispute with roy
disney. he was also widely dislike amongst disney brass. but you can go
ahead and believe it was all because jobs wanted him out...
