Not a wind up.

I think text to speech was only in Office 2003 onwards so if you have an
old version it may not be there.

I used it in Excel to do some very simple maths games for my young
children. 5x7 kind of things. Enter the answers to 10 questions then
run the little macro I wrote and Microsoft Sam says "Five times seven
equals thirty five" and so on. "You got 8 out of ten right, try harder
next time"
