My last claim was due to be paid 26/06/07, I emailed mobileshop on
15/06/07 to ask politely how things were to which they gave the usual
"backlog" reply and then another to say that I would be paid soon. The
money was in my bank on 30/06/07.
For the previous two times they were late in payment on the first one,
but I just sent a polite email and once they realised that there was a
problem I got paid both at the same date; the second one was even paid
before the due date. I think it was a few days or even a week before
