John, to be fair, today you are simply a participant. The group goes how
it will go, charter or not.

People will come here to discuss anything they feel related to Cingular
(or whatever brand they want to call themselves this year), phones,
service, or cell phones in general.

ATT/Cingular has no support forum off its own.

Truthfully, Why should your charter be observed over anyone elses?
