I have a similar setup that may work for you. I have 3 WAP54G's with 2 in bridge mode, the 3rd as an access point. At your 2nd bridge, at the top of the hill, come out of your bridge, them go into an access point. That should cover anything in the house. I also picked up the Hi Gain antennas (HGA7T) for my access point as it helped strengthen the signal in my coverage area.
