That was my experience. It sucked ass. Best phones, best data plans,
best network where they have coverage (and they've done a lot of improvement
in that area over the years), coupled with a bunch of asshole third-world
flunkie idiots that don't care about accurate answers or decent customer
service.

CS is the only thing I couldn't stand about Sprint when I left them in '05.
