Netstumbler doesn't work on Vista.

You might want to try the expanded "netsh" command in Vista:
Start -> run -> cmd <enter>
netsh wlan show networks
netsh wlan show networks mode=bssid
netsh wlan show networks interface="Your Wireless Device Here"
