You need to call customer service and go up the ladder and speak with
someone decent, I have had them credit my account for $50 after I bought
two Sync's for my daughters which were supposed to be free, but the url
wouldn't allow me to order them. The lady I spoke to said, get the phones,
and I'm crediting your account.
My brother in law basically has done the same thing, he uses at&t for his
business (not a big one, but still he has and expensive plan) they always
give him good discounts on posted prices. |
