Sorry, no - I've never really wanted to do either - particularly MOH. [I'm
pretty sick of getting other people's MOH, and certainly don't want to
inflict it on people who call me!]

I have a 2-line phone which can apparently put a call on hold in order to
make a call on the other line - but I've never tried it, and I don't think
it's what you want anyway!
