Apples and oranges. Unlike Vonage, Skype offers no hardware subsidies,
and has no telephony related costs for the 200 million "free" Skype-
to-Skype users.
(I'm not saying eBay didn't pay waaaay too much for it, just that
Skype and Vonage aren't in the same business.)
