The IP address's router and computer are different however I noted that the IP gateway address is the same as that in the IP in the router(though both bits of hardware do not share the same gateway address..)
Sorry, I don't understand the MAC or the name reference(unless by MAC you mean as opposed to a PC which is what I'm on- using XP)
The connection computer-- router is via a yellow RJ45 cable
