What do you have set for the Primary NTP server? In
Router/Admin/Advanced/ Lan Setup

I suggest you use

0.uk.pool.ntp.org
and
1.uk.pool.ntp.org in the secondary box

Also makesure NTP isn't blocked in your firewall.
