Yes, but sharing CPNI with "affiliates" without the consent of the
consumer is not the law and is not (or at least, legally should not be)
the standard.

Then don't opt out. It's a non-issue to anybody who doesn't care about
their information being unethically bought and sold for profit without
their consent.
