no, Apple invented Multi-Touch, they OWN it, just like the other 200
patents surrounding the iPhone. Apple won't license it, thus no
"multi-touch" on other phones for around 17 more years.

Yes, but since Google does whatever Apple says, look to see Google offer
a tie into Apple's iTunes software or some other trick so that when
people are tired of the limited Google Phone, they have a way up.
