Yes, I kind of agree, but then even lines need replacing or fixing.

Offcom won't do a thing, they are B.T friends, come to think of it they
are everyones friend, apart from the public.

Maybe in years to come it will happen, but I can't see it happening
anytime soon. It would be nice if I was wrong.
