The VCast Video and MobileTV Services are DIFFERENT!

VCast Video ("On-Demand") is the CLIPS. MobileTV is real TV. My friend
has a MobileTV phone, showed a currently playing ESPN football game on
it that was only .5 seconds behind the cable TV's.

VCast Video operates on EVDO, as it is just CLIPS.
MobileTV operates on the same frequency that Channel 55 operates on,
therefor EVDO coverage doesn't matter.
