Default Re: Verizonwireless -- Buyers Beware

I went to a Verizon store in Metro Atlanta today and it was full of
seven or more 'greeters' with nothing to do. They got miffed that I
did not want to talk to them. I walked over and looked at their new
flagship phone the Voyager and chuckled. What a plastic POS! While I
was checking it out to see if it even surfed the Internet properly it
crashed! I could not believe it. You would think they would have
checked that Voyager demo model out before putting it on live display.
Its not like that there wan't anyone in the room that was capable of
pulling the defective Voyager and replacing it with one that worked
properly. Maybe they all are like that after they have been on for
awhile?

I am out of my VZ contract this month and I saw nothing that even
looked interesting compared to the Apple phone which you can not even
get from Verizon.

Nearby the T-Mobile and AT&T company stores were packed by comparison.
I didn't even look at the Sprint store.

IMHO things don't look good for Verizon this season. I am looking
elsewhere for now, especailly after reading your post.

Service is going downhill with this once fine company.
