The problem with your logic here is you assume everyone has similar
problems. What you apparently don't realize is that in addition to Verizon
Wireless customer like you, there are customers like me who have used
Verizon Wireless for 10 years (plus added a data contract last year), never
had a bad customer service experience, never been charged for a service he
didn't order, never been charged for a call he didn't make, never has
dropped calls, never received sales calls from Verizon, and never has a
problem finding a Verizon signal even though he travels for work in a 5
state area and sometimes cross-country.

Therefore, all you have shown is that *you* have had problems with Verizon.
That does not automatically make them a "rat bastard company" to anyone
else.

And I'll save you some trouble...before you point out to me all the message
boards with people with Verizon Wireless complaints, I'll point out to you
that's because the millions more who never have a problem don't post.

If I were having the problems you are, I too would certainly change
carriers. And I wish you luck in your persuit of cellphone bliss and
happiness. But I'll be keeping Verizon.
