Apart from you, do you know anyone who things apple need to secure the
iPhone and take legal action (whatever reason they could have for that)
against people?

Where? It can't be purchased in england for that cost (in fact they are
about $400-500 on ebay) and the german case hasn't been agreed yet.

I know you keep quoting this figure but do you have any proof of it,
other than your say so? I find it really odd that the smartphone market
is so tiny in the USA where it is big everywhere else.

As I said, on your figures it means the US sells fewer smartphones than
the UK, dispite having 5 times the population.
