If you plug your phone in when you go to bed....the battery will last
YEARS longer than deep discharging them.
These are NOT NiCd batteries that have a memory. Lithium-Ion batteries
are like your car battery. They loved to be floated, like your car
battery. Deep cycling them seriously shortens their life so much that
there is a special IC inside the battery to prevent it. This IC gets
confused, from time to time, as to how much charge is really on the
battery, so you should, about every 3 months, deep cycle the phone until
it just turns itself off, which resets the IC's impression of the battery
charge condition. Recharge IMMEDIATELY from this condition. NEVER leave
Li-Ion batteries in a discharged condition as it ruins them. If you ever
receive a new Li-Ion battery that is dead....return it immediately as it
is defective. They are never designed to sit dead and will always have
power when "new".
Seeing and bragging how long the phone will run between recharges while
sleeping right next to a power outlet and charger is just stupid....now
armed with this information.

Isn't it ironic that the same ISPs that are telling you
you're downloads threaten their networks......
.....are testing 100Gbps TV to sell on the SAME systems?
