where you go when you are just about the last straw from canceling your service.

had a billing dispute regarding a mail in rebate that I never got , not even the form to send it in.
foujght and argued tor 3 mnths with promise of djustment given , to no avail.

retention gave me immediate credit on my bill and the problem disappeared.
