I have a spare box which I am thinking of putting up here with about 80GB of 'data for throughput testing'.
What sort of data should this possibly be?
Should I allow write access to particular directories?
Anyone have any spare Hard drives to loan for extra 'data for throughput testing'. I think I can spare a 40GB drive too - flying lessons are eating into my disposable income something chronic at the moment.

I would really like to know how much use this would seriously actually get and if it is actually worth the effort. Does anyone want to take any guesses?
