Default Nokia 6120 Roaming/Address Book problem

Hi All,

I am not sure if this a known issue or not, but I could not find this
discussed in the group. I have a Nokia 6120 Classic from 3 Italia
with a USIM from 3 Italia. All my address book entries start with a +
for the number (ie. +39 for Italia, +49 for Germany, +1 for
America).

When someone calls there name is displayed on the phone. This has
worked well in Europe without problems. However, I am roaming on the
AT&T network in America for the holidays and there is a problem. Out
of country numbers are prefixed with a 00 (ie. 0039 for Italy) and
American numbers do not have the + in front of them. Thus the phone
does not display the name only the number.

Does anyone know a way to fix this, or is just AT&T not adhering to
standards?

Thanks, Brian
