When I decided to box up my V3m and re-activate my old E815 I was
surprised at how much better the E815 camera is. What I'm saying is
that my RAZR had an unusually bad camera and probably most cell phones
will be a little better but... I don't know of any cell phone that will
take pictures that turn out as good as even a very cheap camera so
"higher quality camera" is relative.
