I've never had the patience or ever bothered to remember to check to see if
there were SMSes that were billed for zero cost.

Having said that when I first got my Samsung and was testing the MMS feature of
the phone, neither my daughter nor my sister were getting photos that I was
MMSing them. One's with 3, the other Optus. However, my wife on Telstra GSM
received them OK.

I still got billed for them.
