Default DHCP problems

Hi
I have a DSL router with DHCP enabled, the gateway is 192.168.2.1 the wired part is working fine.
But I have two laptop connecting wireless, both have identical settings, one gets its IP with no problem, the other gets a gateway 192.168.123.254 and an IP 192.168.123.150. the signal is excellent in both cases.
Did ipconfig /release and renew on the faulty one, put in the gateway 192.168.2.1 but I still get an IP 192.168.123.150.
I'm using WPA-PSK with TKIP

Of course if I give it a static IP all is fine, but this user travels a lot in different hotels.
Could someone please help me

Thank you
