I don't think that would fly if contested. Customers sign term
contracts based on feature packages, and were those packages to change
significantly, I believe customers would have the right to cancel
without penalty, and might even be entitled to reimbursement for
equipment.

That said, I don't think this is an issue, since AT&T has consistently
grandfathered old feature packages indefinitely as long as they aren't
canceled. I'm still on the original MEdia Net Unlimited even though the
feature code has long been unavailable. I'm guessing this would only
apply to new signups.
