I tried again to solve the problem. It happens that i was using WEP in my connection. As soon as i disabled it, the speed of the network came to normality, no more package losses, etc.

I think WEP should work fine, since i use it at home with minimum loss of the speed and i even configured it with WEP once using the same router and network usb adapter and got no problems.

If anyone has that problem, its a good thing to try. Since i dont have criptography on my network anymore, i have put a list of the macs that can connect and disabled dhcp. It's not a network that need high security mechanisms at all. Someone who needs that could try using hte other cript methods available at the router.
