Hi I have a problem connecting with the internet using a hawking antenna.
the laptop is a dell insprion 1501 running vista home basic. we can connect to a wireless signal in the neighbor hood but can't always read emails or surf for very long. I bought a Hawking dish antenna which is high gain and sometimes I can connect and read email sometimes I can't.
Can anyone shed some light on what to do. I live on social security and can't afford a cable or phone connection.
