I am just being pedantic but you said

Can you clarify that you DID NOT set it to WPA2 with AES but in fact you set it to
1.Security mode---> WPA/WPA2-Personal(PSK)
2.Authentication---> WPA2-PSK
3.Encryption Technique--->AES

I occasionally get confused between WPA2 and WPA2-PSK and just like to keep things clear in my mind.
