The issue is actually worse than that; I've emailed voipfone on the matter,
but with no response as yet.
If somebody is calling you; THEY can press # and transfer you, the VOIPfone
customer, to any number that they see fit!
You have no control over it; the person calling you, could be a double
glazing salesman or anything, can press # and transfer you to Outer Mongolia
if they so desired.
Based on this problem, I'm considering ditching VOIPfone.
