But buddy while you are in the Internet... you are sending packets say for example XXKbps and you are receiving packets around XXKbps...and try to calculate everything will be fine.... Thats how it works and while downloading you will be getting only this speed thats the max and nothing is wrong with your internet... you are connected with 28Mbps...
