Yes, but the offer I was referring to was listed under the Pay Monthly
options.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did separately find a SIM available in
Sweden at http://www.tre.se/templates/ConfirmPage.aspx?id=27148 but I
doubt if they will process my order once they see I'm in the UK (it
didn't ask for any payment, so not sure how that would be taken),
