Hi Alan just goes to show that the providers do read these news groups
(I think we all knew that anyway) its just a shame they don't all
take note and actually take problems or complaints on board and get
something done about them (not going to mention any names)
This seems typical of Voipfone they listen to what customers are saying
and act accordingly.
I posted on this news group a couple of weeks ago saying that "one of
the downsides of Voipfone is that they don't have auto top up" the
next morning auto top up was on their site may be a coincidence? all I
know is I am more than happy with them its refreshing when you find a
company that actually cares about what customers are saying too many
company's now days just want to take our money and then ignore our
existence (again not going to mention any names).
