lol, true enough. I discovered that there are "corporate" stores, and
then the other ones. These corporate ones are supposed to be more
in-line with what AT&T is doing, and have at least one technically
knowledgable member of the staff. When I've run into strange problems
in the past, I've had to drive a bit further to one of these stores to
get the issue resolved.
Even they couldn't do it.
On the plus side, I received my replacement yesterday: 2 days
in transit for a "5-7 day ground" shipment. not bad. The new N75
came nice and clean, and was an AT&T branded one, rather than
Cingular. At least it's not as hard on the eyes as the Cingular one.
