FYI, Firefox won't keep websites from knowing your geographic
location. But it's a wise thing to check out for other security
reasons.

To thwart geolocation based on your ISP's IP address, you'll need to
use a proxy.

Something like tor, or ghostsurf,

There is a speed penalty.
