Re: Void seal broken on new phone I received an email from prepaymania.co.uk because I queried on why the seal
was broken. Their explanation was because the phone was purchased with a £5
Tmobile topup (compulsory) the box had to be opened to add the credit. So is
this plausible or just normal practice?
